RawTake has a 14-day full free trial, no card required. It exists so you never buy on faith: cut a real card of your own footage before spending anything.
If you've bought and need a refund
Purchases are handled by Paddle, our merchant of record. The charge on your card statement appears as PADDLE.NET. Paddle's Buyer Terms provide for refunds on requests made within 14 days of purchase. The fastest route is the link in your Paddle receipt email or write to support@rawtake.app and we'll sort it with Paddle for you. When a purchase is refunded, its licence is deactivated.
Before a chargeback
If something's wrong, please talk to us first: support@rawtake.app. A card chargeback takes weeks and helps nobody; we resolve genuine problems much faster than that and most turn out fixable.
Your statutory rights
Nothing on this page limits rights you hold under consumer law where you live.
