1. Who we are
The data controller is 33mm Ltd (company no. 14302242, registered office Greenbank, Waldon Street, Hartlepool, England, TS24 7QS), contact support@rawtake.app.
2. What we collect and why

3. What we never collect
- Your footage, projects, marks and tags stay on your Mac: never uploaded, scanned or seen by us.
- Diagnostics never include your footage, file names or project contents.
- No advertising, no tracking pixels, no data brokers, no selling or renting data. Ever.
- No automated decision-making that affects you legally or similarly significantly.
- RawTake is a professional tool, not directed at children and we don't knowingly collect children's data.
4. Who helps us

Each operates under contracts with appropriate safeguards. Where data leaves the UK (for example to service providers in the EU or the United States), transfers rely on recognised mechanisms: UK adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses with the UK addendum.
5. How long we keep things

6. Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can request access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction or portability; object to processing based on legitimate interests; and withdraw consent at any time without affecting what was lawful before. Email support@rawtake.app and we'll act on it promptly and without charge. You can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk), though we'd appreciate the chance to put things right first.
8. Changes
Updates appear here with a new effective date. We won't silently start collecting more.
